The Kairos

The Kairos was a design submission for a very rare plot available opposite the famed Bangalore Golf Club. The plot is pie-shaped and a challenging dimension to build on.

Thus, the Kairos has three sides, with projected terraces that carry balconies that overlook the golf course. The building is intended to be for multi-utility/ retail on the two lower floors & offices on the floors above.
